Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

He actually found 2 four year old kids playing in their front yard in Scarborough.  He offered them a ride, but could only take one.  He chose the little girl Carole Voyce.  He rode her down near the Prince Edward Viaduct in a bushy area.  He choked her from behind and dug his fingers into her eyes.  He stripped her clothes off.  He then stuck his fingers into her vagina and then used a stick.  Carole died of internal injuries.

The police force used all their resources to find the killer but still could not.  The police seemed incompetent as there were witnesses and composite drawings of Peter.  Peter even went to visit the police department on a weekly basis and still they didn’t recognize him.
