Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

Peter was finally arrested and signed a confession. They deemed him not guilty by reason of insanity. He was put into the Oak Ridge mental health center in Penetanguishene.  He would stay there undergoing various treatment until 1991 where he was placed in a medium security prison.  On the first day they allowed him to leave without supervision, he would stab a fellow patient Dennis Kerr to death.  Kerr had refused his sexual advances in the past.
