Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

Peter Woodcock would later change his name to David Michael Krueger.  He died in 2010 after 53 years in custody.

Was Peter a victim of a poor childhood or was he just a psychopath from the start?  Many people tried to study him to find out why he did it.  Peter never really explained why.  In 1991 during an interview, he stated, “I’m accused of having no morality, which is a fair assessment because my morality is whatever the system allows”.
