6Peter got a new red and white Schwinn bicycle.
His mother Susan thought it would make him happy. Little did she know it was going to be instrumental in helping him lure his victims. Peter would ride his bike as far as he could throughout Toronto. He pretended he was the leader of a large fearsome gang. He began to offer rides to younger children. They were attracted to his cool red and white bike. He would ride them out to secluded spots and convinced them to take their clothes off. He would examine their bodies, then return them home afterwards.
