Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

It wasn’t enough to just examine their bodies.  He began to strangle the kids until they were unconscious.  He brought a human anatomy textbook with him and would use it as a guide as he explored their bodies.  Afterward he would put their clothes back on and just leave them there.  Peter then met a 10 year old girl who was depressed and suicidal.  She was sexually abused by her father and she wanted to die.  They made a pact to meet and kill her in the ravines.  However, it became too dark and they gave up on the idea.  Peter felt unsatisfied.  His need to strangle and kill began to grow inside and he wanted to feed his desire.
