Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

Wayne was visiting his aunt with his older brother.  His aunt lived near the CNE train tracks.  Wayne loved trains.  His brother had left him playing by himself in his aunt’s front lawn, so Wayne decided to see the trains go by in the wooded area near the tracks.  Peter happened to find Wayne and saw it was the perfect opportunity to kill.  When little Wayne refused to take his clothes off to play sex games with Peter.  Peter choked him to death and stuffed garbage in his mouth.  He bit little Wayne on the leg so hard it left a mark.  When the police found Wayne, they only had the bite mark to work with.  They were unable to find him and instead convicted another person.  Peter was lucky and laid low for a while until he would strike again.
