Peter Woodcock was Toronto’s Youngest Serial Killer

He brutally beat Gary, choking him, biting his neck.  Poor little Gary was beaten so badly his liver ruptured.  Peter left his body in the tall grass where he was found 10 days later.  The Toronto police had more pressure to find the killer but could not.  This may have been due to the downtown police not liking the police in the suburbs, so they would not share information.  However, the police forces did combine later to become the Metro Toronto Police.
