Peter Woodcock was born to a 17-year-old factory worker named Waito. She gave him up for adoption after only a month. As a baby, Peter cried endlessly and had very little appetite. He was hysterical whenever anyone approached him and was known to make strange animal noises. Peter lived with several foster parents, was ignored, and even abused by some of them. Â He suffered a serious neck injury at 2 years old at the hands of one of his foster parents.
