4Peter was often bullied by other kids in his neighborhood.
He wore thick glasses and had a limp in his walk which made him a prime target for bullies. His foster mom sent him to a private school. However, the bullying did not stop. He began wandering to other neighborhoods to get away from it all. He was naturally curious and liked to explore. He would often ride on the TTC streetcars as far as the edge of the city.
